The production here is huge, however, these units are still using obsolete techniques for manufacturing. As a result, their product does not withstand the competitors like Taparia. The foundation identified the problem statements and is now planning to start a project with the same.
ACIC IIT (ISM) Foundation visited Pehla kadam school on January 24th, 2022. This is a special school with capacity of around 200 students of 3-40 years of age. The School is taking any fees from most of the students because most of the students belong to very poor financial backgrounds. Apart from teaching, the School is implementing many programs that assist young differently abled people in getting employment and becoming self-reliant. With that, it is also connecting young disabled students to a local network of mentors and likeminded advocates. The ACIC Team has decided working in such direction.
