The Office of the Dean (Faculty) plays a pivotal role in promoting Academic Excellence, Research &
Innovation by facilitating all possible resources and creating conducive environment for inducting
Young and Experience Faculty recruitment, Confirmation, Upgradation, Appraisal, Welfare and other
Service conditions. This office also supports for ensuring transparency, fairness, and adherence to
the Institute’s statutes, ordinances, and policies. With an effective faculty administration and
strategic initiatives, the Office of the Dean (Faculty) strives to attract, retain, and nurture
outstanding Human Capital thereby advancing the Institute’s mission of excellence in education,
research, innovation and societal impact. This could be achieved by adopting Reform, Perform and
Transform policy and mechanism through fixing Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time
bound Goals.
