Steps to Register
For Participants Submitting Abstracts
- Submit your abstract via Microsoft CMT Portal by the submission deadline.
- Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will receive a notification email with detailed instructions.
- Make the payment of the applicable registration fee via the QR Code or the listed Bank Account details.
- Go to the CMT Portal after the payment. You will be required to upload payment receipt in your CMT account (Click here for detailed instructions).
- Your registration will be confirmed upon verification of payment and submission details.
For Attendees Without Abstract Submission
- Attendees without a paper/abstract may register by paying the registration fee corresponding to their professional category.
- Make the payment of the applicable registration fee via the QR Code or the listed Bank Account details.
- Go to the CMT Portal after the payment. You will be required to upload payment receipt in your CMT account (Click here for detailed instructions).
- Your registration will be confirmed upon verification of payment.
Instructions for Accompanying Person
- The registration fee for an accompanying person should be paid together with the main participant’s registration fee.
- The main participant is requested to include the accompanying person’s fee in the total amount while completing their registration payment.
- Please note that separate or individual payments for accompanying persons will not be accepted.
