Suryamitra Skill Development Program is a flagship initiative aimed at building a future-ready workforce in the rapidly expanding solar energy sector of India. Anchored by the vision of Green Jobs India under the Skill India Mission and implemented in collaboration with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) and the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ), this high-impact training program focuses on equipping youth with industry-aligned technical skills to support India’s transition toward clean and sustainable energy.

At present, 100+ candidates are undergoing intensive hands-on training under our leadership and guidance, with a planned outreach of 350+ beneficiaries across 10 batches. The project is being spearheaded with rigorous attention to compliance, excellence, and innovation—from formal digital registrations on the Skill India Portal, to a structured training‑of‑trainers (ToT) ecosystem, and end-to-end delivery of both classroom and practical modules.

We are not only skilling individuals—we are building a nationwide talent pipeline for solar PV installations, operations, and maintenance, and becoming a center of excellence for renewable energy skilling. This program also opens doors for corporate partnerships, green startups, EPC companies, and solar firms seeking trained manpower.
