The Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction Facility (SCXRD) at CRF is equipped with a Rigaku Oxford Diffraction system featuring a state-of-the-art CCD Eos S2 detector. This non-destructive analytical technique is used to determine the structure, bond lengths, bond angles of chemical compounds, and site-ordering details within crystals.
