Cell culture facility refers to methods about removal of cells from an animal/plant and subsequent growing in controlled artificial environment for basic and applied research. The essential requirement of a cell culture laboratory is maintaining an aseptic work area that is restricted to cell culture work.


The key features of CELLCULTURE includes:


    • CO2 Incubator: The CO2 incubator has a high volume (170 L ) with standard display to ensure a consistent, uniform atmosphere. The seamless chamber means and a fan less design makes it easy to clean and the 140°C High Temperature Disinfection provides effective decontamination.

    • Biological Safety Cabinet: Biological Safety Cabinet provides the environmental protection to operator, product within laboratories. It has Stainless steel Interior, Single-piece work tray, Stainless Steel sidewall.
    • Microprocessor controller, Low noise level, Available width size: 4 ft.

    • Inverted Fluorescence Microscopes: For observations of small organisms, tissues and cells/bacteria. The microscope can be used with normal Transparent, Fluorescence and Phase Contrast illumination. This microscope the LASX software is available. The microscope has DAPI, FITC and RHOD filters.

    • Benchtop Refrigerated Centrifuge: High centrifugation speed of up to 20,913 × g (14,000 rpm),Temperature range from -9 °C to 40 °C. Swing-bucket rotors and adapters accommodate tubes and bottles from 0.2 mL to 250 mL. Plate rotor for centrifugation of all types of MTP, PCR, Cell culture or Deepwell Plates. Fixed-angle rotors for high-speed applications in tubes from 0.2 mL to 85 mL.

    • Microplate Reader: The Multiskan FC has a 340–850 nm wavelength range, enabling a wide variety of applications. The instrument provides fast and accurate measurements enabling complete 96-well plate reading in less than seven seconds with linear shaking, incubation temperatures up to 50°C. SkanIt software support optimal use of the instrument with a visual workflow, data analysis.

    • Automated Cell Counter: This instrument allows analyzing cells in suspension for a range of characteristics, including cell viability (live, dead, and total cell counts), cell cycle phase, apoptotic stage and fluorescent protein expression. It takes less than 10 seconds per sample, using autofocusing to enable fast, accurate counts of cells in a population.

    • Microvolume UV-Vis Spectrophotometer: This is full spectrum microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer with 190nm-850nm wavelength measurement range. Quantify and qualify DNA, RNA, Protein samples in seconds with only 1-2 µL and obtain full-spectral data before to decide use of samples in downstream applications.

    • Inverted Microscope: The microscope has improved image quality and comfortable workflow for a variety of cell culture needs such as live cell observation, cell sampling and handling. High contrast provides a clear view of cells at 10x, 20x and 40x. The universal holder makes it easy to view cells that were cultured in a variety of containers, including dishes, microplates and flasks.

    • Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer: The upright freezer with 410L/14.5 cubic ft. Chamber. The temperature range is from -50°C to -86°C. There is 130mm / 5.1" thick traditional urethane foam. It has five compartments and insulated inner door to minimize cold air loss with four adjustable-height shelves. It can holds up to 24,000 samples.

    • Deep Freezer: Deep Freezer with advanced micro control for setting and precise maintenance of set parameters. Volume: 300 Liters, Chamber Temperature: -25˚C, CFC free gas and high density PUF Insulation. Microprocess Controller based Graphic LCD display with time delay Audio Visual alarm. Inside Stainless Steel 304, 0.8mm thick and outside 1.00mm mild Steel powder coated.

    • Automated Autoclave: A simple operation bench-top autoclave of 50 L capacity, a colour touch panel for the operation with Electro-mechanical lid lock system. It has Dual interlock mechanism and Air removal time setting. Main application is Sterilization of liquid, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure steam such as water, culture medium, reagent solution etc.
