DMP Flex 200 is a laser powder bed fusion-based metal 3D printer that can manufacture small to medium, complex, fine-detail metal parts with high quality. Based on the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF), it has a powerful 500-watt continuous fiber laser source to perform the printing. DMP Flex 200 features a build volume of 140 x 140 x 115 mm3 with a build plate clamping mechanism eliminating screw management inside the process chamber. DMP Flex 200 contains a vacuum cleaner passageway leading to the process chamber, ensuring it stays securely sealed within an inert environment. Build plates and powder containers are safely transported into and out of the process chamber through an airlock mechanism, preventing powder exposure and minimizing the ingress of oxygen into the chamber.
