Doctoral Programme
The RAIT 2027 Doctoral Consortium provides a dedicated forum for doctoral researchers to present ongoing research, exchange ideas, and receive constructive feedback from distinguished researchers in academia and industry.
The consortium supports Ph.D. students as they discuss research challenges, validate methodologies, refine research directions, build professional networks, explore collaborations, and strengthen presentation and communication skills.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Doctoral Consortium Program Committee. Accepted submissions will be included in the conference proceedings unless the authors request otherwise. At least one author must register and present the work. Travel grants and travel reimbursement will not be provided.
Eligibility
Applicants must be registered Ph.D. students at the time of submission. The Doctoral Consortium is intended for early-stage doctoral researchers in the first three years of Ph.D. enrollment.
Review
The Doctoral Consortium follows a single-blind review policy.
Submissions must include author names, affiliations, and email addresses. Topics align with the main conference program.
Scope
Submissions may address any topic covered by the four RAIT 2027 conference tracks.
Review Submission
The 4 + 1 + 1 format is strictly enforced. Submissions with fewer or more pages will not be accepted. The Extended Abstract must be exactly four pages including references.
Exactly four pages including references, written in English using the IEEE two-column conference format. It should describe the problem statement, relevant state of the art, proposed solution approach, preliminary results, and future work.
One page covering the applicant's current position, education, broad research area, research experience, and publications, if any.
One page from the applicant's Ph.D. supervisor.
Merge the four-page Extended Abstract, one-page Resume, and one-page Letter of Recommendation into a single PDF for review submission. Incorrectly formatted submissions will be rejected without review.
All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening using Turnitin or an equivalent tool. The overall similarity score must be below 10%.
After Acceptance
Upon acceptance, submit only the four-page Extended Abstract with references as the final camera-ready version.
Accepted work must be presented at the conference using 5-6 slides for a 10-minute talk, including the audience question-and-answer session.
