Conference Registration
At least one author of the accepted paper must register with the appropriate conference fee to include the paper in the RAIT 2027 conference program and submission to IEEE Xplore.
Final decision on uploading the presented paper will be taken by IEEE Xplore.
Mandatory: At least one author of the accepted paper must register with the appropriate conference fee before proceeding with payment.
Publication Opportunity
Selected top papers will be invited for a special issue in Springer SN Computer Science .
- For early bird registration, at least one author of the accepted paper must register on or before December 15, 2026.
- For regular registration, at least one author of the accepted paper must register after December 15, 2026 and on or before January 15, 2027.
- Unregistered papers will not be included in the final program for presentation and submission to IEEE Xplore.
- Each full registration is valid for one paper only. Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish only one accepted paper with a maximum of six pages.
- Extra two pages (maximum of 8 pages) may be allowed with over-length page charge as per the table below.
- Please keep a copy of the Payment Transaction ID generated by the payment gateway or your bank. You may need these later in the registration process or if you need to track your payment/registration.
- The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
- Eligible authors are requested to provide the scan copy of a valid IEEE membership card or Student Institute ID proof during the registration process.
- Attendees or non-presenting authors must register with the suitable registration fee and fill the registration form by January 15, 2027.

Additional Notes
One full author registration will allow the author to present only one paper on which he/she is an author or co-author. To present more than one paper, registration must be done accordingly.
Paper authors must register by the respective camera-ready deadline, i.e., December 15, 2026.
Accommodation may be provided as per availability in EDC (Executive Development Center) and Student Hostels on a payment basis on a first-come-first-served basis.
