All submissions must be formatted in the standard double-column IEEE conference format. To ensure consistency, authors must use the official templates:

Please design your paper layout carefully. The conference page policy is structured as follows:

  • First 6 Pages Standard paper length
    FREE
  • Pages 7 & 8 Excess page charges
    $50 / page
  • Maximum Limit IEEE format standard
    8 Pages

Originality

Submissions must represent original, unpublished work. Plagiarism or double submissions will result in immediate rejection.

Review Process

Papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process managed by the technical program committee.

Double-Blind Submission

Initial manuscripts must be anonymous: remove author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and self-identifying project or funding details from the submitted PDF. Cite your own related work in the third person, and avoid wording that reveals the authors or institution before review.

Camera-Ready Copy

Authors of accepted papers will receive instructions for preparing their camera-ready manuscripts, including registration and copyright release forms.

Doctoral Consortium Submissions

Doctoral Consortium submissions are invited from doctoral researchers to present their research problem, current progress, methodology, and expected contributions.

Maximum 4 Pages Use the same IEEE conference template. Doctoral Consortium submissions are not double-blind, so author names and affiliations should be included.
