Submission Guidelines
  • Researchers, professionals and students from around the world are invited to submit unique, formerly unpublished papers to 1st International Conference on SSDEE- 2025 for potential presentation at the conference. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the reviewers as per IEEE guidelines. In compliance with IEEE rules and regulations, every manuscript submitted to SSDEE-2025 will be subjected to a plagiarism check. The manuscripts with similarity index of 20% or above (excluding bibliography) will be rejected strictly instead of being forwarded for review.
  • All papers must be submitted electronically through Microsoft CMT. Authors are advised to carefully read the SSDEE-2025 submission instructions for further clarifications.
  • Papers are invited in the form of regular manuscripts. Note that short manuscripts are not considered.
  • Papers must be submitted through the conference submission website Microsoft CMT portal and must conform to the submission policy requiring that all manuscripts be in 2-column format. The manuscripts should have six (6) pages maximum. Extra two pages (i.e. maximum of 8 pages) may be allowed with over length page charge of Rs. 2500/ $30 per page.
  • Authors are advised to strictly follow the IEEE two-column format template while preparing manuscripts and to translate it in PDF. No other format in the submission and in the final version will be accepted.
  • The manuscripts must include paper title, authors and affiliations, figures, suitable results and references (maximum allowable size is 10 MB).
  • Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Final Decision on the uploading of the presented paper will be taken by the IEEE Xplore.
